Growing up with the typical North American diet, Jeremy realized that his upbringing had led to some problematic dietary habits - can't we all relate? He found himself caught in the cycle of not prioritizing his food or fitness, and the consequences started to affect his family life until he realized how important it was to have more energy and be a better role model for his family.

Jeremy shares how that spark changed his life, igniting the quest to change his habits and, over several years, lose 160 pounds of excess weight! He shares today how he took a scientific and mathematical approach to get started, learning how to balance that over the years to not become consumed with counting calories. He shares how he learned to pursue what a healthy weight was for him, reevaluating his priorities, when he got off-track.
